How do I send my photo in?
Email your photo to team@paintbynumbers.com.au once you have placed your order so we can commence production.
Please allow 15 โ 20 working days to receive your customised kit, to allow us time for production and quality checking.
Given this is a customised product specific to each customer, unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or accept returns. Rest assured, before production, we will send you a mockup of the final painting for you to approve to make sure you’re 100% happy.

Everything you need is included:
– Numbered paint set with required colours (no mixing needed)
– An extra paint set (yes, you get double the paint!)
